Not bad considering I have started menstruation and am SUPER SWOLLEN. I have also been going to gym for a week now and am still building muscle again. So I am happy.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
