Feeling better today cravings-wise. Today is Day 3. I cant believe that I started this on the first day of my TOM. Well, if I can get through the week before my next TOM, Ill be so proud of myself, b/c I get wicked carb cravings then.

Today I ate:

4 eggs 2.4
1 stalk celery 0.8
pepper and onions 2.0
6oz coffee w/cream 0.4
4 oz chicken
2 tbsp caesar dsg 1.6
2 cup lettuce 0.6
1/4 cup pepper and onions 1.4
1 stalk celery 0.6
0.8 tbsp cream cheese 0.8
1 slice turkey 0.8
Total Carbs: 11.4

1/2 hour pilates which I totally flailed at :(
131.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
