I guess my week was a little rougher on me than I realized. On days that I do not track, I tend to make bad eating decisions. I guess that means that I need to keep tracking.

I have noticed a big difference in my enery level. I guess if you give your body the right fuel it is able to use it more efficiently.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've found it is extremely easy to overlook foods I've eaten if I don't track them daily on this site.
