Resisted the urge for Olive Garden on Sunday. On day 5 now of Healthy Figures and seems to be going well. I just hate the fact that i have to eat vegtables... i dont like many veggies.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
