Ok, facing the truth now.. thought if I don't record it, it can
t be true!!! I have struggled since x mas, and it is time to get my act together... today is the day!!!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
