Gonna try this tracking stuff again... life has been a little hectic, but trying to stay at least a little on track. Today starts the whole process of recording and tracking again. Accountability to myself... I want to be under 200 before the first weekend in October!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
