Alrighty, here i go again. Time to kick back myself back to the south beach. It's hard right now. I feel lazy. I have been concious of what i eat. I do not eat even 1/2 as bad as i used to but look at the scale climb. I am gonna have to be very careful i guess. Regardless, I want this so i'm gonna try.
