Either dropped water weight, or weighed in last night wearing my boots. This one is sock feet. Next week we start more physical training.
I will need to get a good, small cooler and carry better and more varied protein & fat sources in vehicle trunk, in case I need them, because it is hit or miss what they serve at lunch. Any suggestions? Anyone know a good unsweetened protein shake powder? I have bought 2 different brands, and both were ghastly sweet. I am thinking various servings of different nuts...If I brought hard cheese, I'd have to eat it as a snack at shift end daily, because once at room temp longer than that becomes questionable to me. Other than that, I am coming up with a blank.
