I ran 4.4 miles this morning in 55 minutes. I started out walking as Cortland NY is very hilly. Walking on the downhill side isn't much of a workout, though. Once I started running I couldn't stop.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Funny how that happens!! And hey! I miss upstate NY! I met my wife at the University of Rochester 47 years ago (OMFG!!). She transferred to SUNY Binghamton and there met a gal who grew up in Cortland and who remains a close friend. Enjoy the outdoor runs!!
