no change but feel the leg muscles are building up (more power when cycling) also notice that im not burning calories as easily ive reset my polar weight since ive lost 30 pounds and now i have to work a bit harder to burn off the same amont
238.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
