I don't know what is going on with me, but I have had a total lack of motivation in the mornings. I had planned to go shopping this morning, but ended up sleeping in. That just threw my whole day off. I guess I did ok at making the right chocices, but I can not make a habit out of this. I need to have the right foods at my fingertips if I am going to be successful.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
