This has been another hard week--trying to get everything done for our cruise leaving Wed. I havn't got in all my excercise this week but have been watching what I eat. My plan is to lose another .4 lb. and then NOT to gain on our 16 day cruise. Think I will be eating in the dining room alot and trying to stay away from the buffets. Stay strong my friends and I'll get back with you in about 3 weeks.
