I did really good last week but then Saturday celebrated a birthday with food & drink. Weighed in Sunday morning at the gym & up 2 pounds. What a bummer. Now that I think back on Saturday I could have done alot better and maybe then only gained a pound. Live and learn. I must say I'm a slow learner.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
