Honestly a little frustrated today! I apparently pulled or strained a muscle in my back. It's challenging even getting out of a chair. I am going to try to still do cardio but weight lifting is out of the question if I want it to heal. 3 weeks out from my competition is not ideal for sure. The fact is though I have been working hard and 3 weeks, especially since I don't do traditional peak week, isn't going to kill me. I put out in the universe that I wanted to be at a certain weight. Since I will not be doing my muscle building supps like creatine/glutamine and increasing my cardio perhaps I can hit that mark I wanted. LOL! Those supps and the weight lifting slow the scale weight loss.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 145.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have done an outstanding job. I'm currently working through a strained oblique - I now use a foam roller on it and it's starting to come around.
