Up at 4am and out to the spa as back was hurting. Exercised while out there. The to TOPS and lost 1lb. Then to bank and Thai place then aldi's and then bilo and got David a pizza and then home. W/c in and out 4x. Will talk to Angie and Eloise later.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
