First time I've seen some movement on the scale in a bit. Feeling very good on day 2 of my egg fast. Might be the coffee with coconut oil. I don't think I've ever had any before, it smells divine.

I like the unctuous feel of coffee with butter and coconut oil. Keep an eye on the fat macros, though. Either you burn dietary fat, or you burn body fat.
