I went to the gym and worked out on my own for the first time, without my PT. It was weird but I used all the stuff he taught me and I killed it. Anyway, I'm down another kilo. I've cleared the 90's and am steadily making my way to clearing 85kgs. After that 80kgs.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been stuck at 81 for all the winter so I have just started banting and will start exercising now that summer is here, I hope I will also move into the 70s I cant wait
