dealing with hormonal issues this month. I'm 32 and may be going through premature menopause like my mother did at my age. but I've also read that it can be the keto diet balancing my hormones too. ugh, waiting on blood work to come in.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
