Not perfect, but pretty good. Had a really emotional, stressful Fri-Mon due to work. Cried it out, talked it out, and indulged in some Skinny Cow ice cream cones. Proud of myself for facing the emotions and not binging.
309.6 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
