Wooo- hoo! Looked at the scale this morning and had to blink twice at the numbers. Down a few pounds, that's some motivation to stay on the Meat Challenge for the rest of the week. I can do it!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
