The last 8 days have been tough ~ gained a few pounds. Weekend with my BFF celebrating out bdays ~ turtle cheesecake. Bread. You all know the drill. Back on track as of yesterday ~ the week was one where I didn't follow what I know to be the right food. Part of the week was traveling ~ indulged in Mexican food 2 days while on the road. Doing low carb/high fat ~ making progress. Worked out a menu today for the upcoming week. Going to do a bunch of the prep work on Sunday and get as many of the meals ready as I can. Set up the snacks, so I don't go foraging when I get hungry. Set up the breakfasts & lunches as far as I can. Think if I stay organized, it will be easier. Starting point:

Good job, planning ahead and getting prepped. Gonna be a good week...I keep a liter bottle of water next to me at all times, refill and try to drink 2 a day. Sometimes I add a tsp of ACV, because I actually like the taste of it, so it isn't as boring. Really helps curbing the snack attacks:)
