017's Journal, 21 March 2010

It's frustrating only losing 1.5 lbs this week. I was 172 yesterday and all I had to eat yesterday was a turkey soft taco and a USANA shake. I probably only had 1000 calories yesterday, if that! Ugh!

I did do a couple of three-mile walks/hikes this week but am looking forward to getting my new water rowing machine. It's supposed to arrive on the 23rd! Hopefully that will help me get some cardio in every day.

172.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great loss. If you saw how much one and a half pounds of fat looked like, you would be impressed. All those small loss's add up to big ones. Great job!
