1137 kcal Fat: 27.28g | Prot: 63.84g | Carb: 188.64g.   Breakfast: Great Value Half & Half, Madhava Organic Agave Nectar Raw, 100% Maple Syrup, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch: chia, Spinach ICECUBS , one cube per serving, Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Blue Agave Nectar, Granny Smith Apples. Dinner: Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: healthy granola 34 gr, Strawberries, chia choc pudding, Reddi-wip Extra Creamy Whipped Cream, Nectarine. more...
