Not too bad, considering how many pints I enjoyed in the UK. Back to mindfulness in all my eating.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it helped a lot that I was walking 20K steps each day, climbing castle tours and cathedral domes. :)
