It was not exactly the number that I was hoping for this week, but at least it is headed in the right direction.

I know that I need to become more active, and I just have to figure out how I am going to do that.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
