Finally ... real weight loss eating real amounts of real food with no gimmicks such as caffeine and bronkaid ... hopefully it turns out I was eating too few calories and not enough carbs ... the macro balance is tough to figure ... work in progress, but makes me happy.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
