I stop taking the drops but still on the 500 calorie diet for today and tomorrow but then back to 1500 max no carbs no sugar for two weeks. Love the results I got in 2 weeks lost total of 13 pounds will do this diet again in sept but for now maintain my results
193.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
