Take off was really hard for me this time. I'm feeling better. I did have a hamburger last night, so I got in two extra starches. My water intake is great and my energy level is back. I was feeling really tired the last few weeks. I think it's because I was eating so poorly. Today is a great day the weather is great, the sun is shining and I just washed my very dusty car. Things are good.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy to hear things are going good! I also noticed my energy is up since I started eating better. (Well that and my darling 7 1/2 month old just started sleeping throught the night) Keep up the good work!

Great job Andrea, I know the feeling about Take off. I am doing it right now with the one with Cantelope since all of the LA weightloss's have gone out of business near me. The next question I have is what plan do I go on after this since I do not have any bars at all, what about the purple? Anyone have any idea?
