I feel so much better now that I haven't eaten cookies, candy or icecream! I am finishing a can of chocolate frosting, one tablespoon at a time and hot cocoa, which is dairy and not to be continued. My stress has been watching my daughter job hunt. She has been negative so I just keep plugging the oposite whenever I can. My dessert in the future will be the Balance Gold chocolate mint cookie crunch bar! It has vits. and minerals in it. Good luck to everyone who is trying to not reach for food as a response to life in general! It is hard to change old habits! I haven't felt this good in a long time! I haven't even tried for the most part. I weight often and hope for miracles, and of course they never come.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
