yesss aching in places I never knew I had today done way to much in the gym yesterdays but the drop was worth it 😊😊
221.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Always good if you can do it. The right kind of exercise is the best thing for weight loss.
