My metamorphis's Journal, 08 July 2017

Oh dear! How did that happen? Well, I know I guess. It would have been the hot dogs, burgers, brownies, pies, Baileys, mulled wine, etc etc. I thought I was burning it all off, only to discover that I have in fact got fatter again!
So, skiing for me is fun, good, hard, challenging, sometimes painful fun. But it turns out it's not a licence to eat mindlessly. Oh well, live and learn.
190.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No your pain. I've been overseas the past 3 weeks walking my little bit off but I know I've put weight on will know tomorrow once I weigh in. :(
