Reached goal weight because I wasn't feeling well this week, I may go up some next week - time will tell. Feeling better today. Some co-workers are quite sick too... Otherwise I am looking forward to feeling stronger to get back to writing, I have taken a break for a while... Oh, the DAMNED cell phone rang some unknown number from some godforsaken place and it was in the bedroom, so I go to answer it and left chicken wing bones up behind the couch table there I had just ate and Toto pulled the plate down and ate the bones! I'm furious. There's nothing I can do. I have no money to take her to the vet. All I can do is hope she doesn't start bleeding. When I got her she was well- behaved and would never have done this, as her previous owner was so strict. Oh, well. I'm hoping for the best... I guess I'm overworrying as my neighbor's son said their little dog - smaller than mine has pulled bones out of the trash multiple times. I keep my trash tied in a bag up on a door handle so she can't reach it or get into it...
200.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Kudos to you for reaching your goal although it's not too much fun losing because you are sick. Glad you're feeling better. Hope Toto is okay. My dog likes to dig in the garbage too whenever he gets the chance. I think ALL dogs do it if they get the chance! :)

Yes, Mbhpro - it's easy to lose weight when not feeling well though not the best way to go about it. Anyway Toto seems fine. She is so smart. When I went shopping after yelling at her she greeted me at the door trying to make amends. (She's older so usually just rests when I go out and doesn't wait for me at the door). She is very attached to me and I am to her now, I don't think I can never get another dog - this dog is too smart, too quiet, no barking when left alone, and she's good alone for me to go out for work or a day trip, etc. I'll never find a better pet ever I think. I'm so happy she's OK. Anyway, the dieting is going well... :)

Ohhhh...I do hope ToTo is ok...! Those of us who have/have had pets can relate...I had a boxer for 17 years...he had the BEST puppy life...Hooch...got him right after the Turner & Hooch movie...my son named him...He was a good dog...but ater a turkey dinner one evening and relaxing in the livingroom with tea before tackling the cleanup - Hooch decided the turkey smelled pretty good...I heard the platter hit the kitchen floor...OMG, was he in trouble...!! lol He also enjoyed a snack once of a dozen muffins that were left cooling on a rack - Oh, the stories about that dog I could tell...FOND memories...thanks for that Glen...

I KNOW - no double negatives in English. I write. Never two paragraphs above should be ever. Sometimes I just write and don't edit it and believe me there's mistakes. All of here do it sometimes and some of this stuff we can't edit once it's typed and it drives me nuts as I'm a bit obsessive compulsive about writing errors ... Diet is going well today by the way - I'm going to order the SBD book maybe - :)
