I am sorry for not keeping in touch on fatsecret. I just bought a house that is currently being built. I am now in the process of selling my house so lots to do. Hopefully once I get the house on the market I will have much more time online. I hope everyone is doing well and working closer to the goals you have set for yourself. Happy 4th!

192.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
