bye bye 170's, barely - let's see if it sticks
169.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! I see your carbs are rather low today, did you switch to a low carb diet?

i did - the TNT Diet is primarily a low-carb/high protein/high fat diet with some weekly exceptions. It is to keep my glycogen levels low in order to burn fat instead of storing. i have adapted over the past week or so and it seems to be working ok. thanks.
