Yes, 1.8 kgs down but I had put on 5 kgs since 2 months ago, so I still have 3.8kgs to get down to what I was 2 months ago. I enjoyed putting it back on though :(
So back to the grindstone.. Not too bad for 2 days so far so good. I hope to lose at least another 1.5 kgs before the end of the week. So onwards and downwards! Hope everyone else is well.
By the way, Karinjo's Cauliflower fried rice recipe is absolutely amazing! I just had to share that with everyone. I made a big batch of it, and then realised that I could probably make it with some mince meat too. So I divided it in half and made 1 half with the meat, and the other half true to the recipe! They were both very tasty (and, if you are like me that ABSOLUTELY HATES cauliflower), do yourself a favour and try this out - even if it means adding a touch more soy sauce to the dish!.. It has given me my lunch for 3 days!
