I have had no usual cookies, candy, or icecream! My sweets have been hot cocoa that is going to run out and Balance Gold chocolate mint cookie crunch high protein bar. We had a guest over so we had to order pizza but I only ate two pieces instead of 3-4. I bought a new dvd workout called 10 minute solution, dance it off and tone it up. It was too hard on my knees so I just marched to most of it. The Biggest Loser sculptor dvd made my arm muscles sore so that is good. I can pull my stomach in more than I have the past year so that feels good. This is going to be a good year! I am going to sit with my feelings and emotions instead of seek comfort in food. I am going to TRY, something I haven't done specifically towards the sweets. I always give in to those strong feelings of needing a sugar lift, specifically chocolate! love to you all and good luck!
