good day so far,
234.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On track - I am in a terrible mood today..but got ~6 miles in outside and calories are in good shape....moving water back in front of meals is helping
