The scale isn't moving much but I am in a contest at a local supplement store and I am in the top 50 of the fat loss division I am losing fat but gaining muscle almost quicker than I am losing fat it's ok with me It will balance out eventually! I see maintenance in my future! Wohoo!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 145.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
