I.ve increased my excercise to a hour a day and kept my cals under 1400--it.s slow but it is coming off. I did reach my personal goal so I get my reward--which is to get my hair highlighted. Next weel my goal is too lose one lb. and my reward will be new yoga pants.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is so much harder when you have less to loose, those last few lbs don't just go...you have to push them away, you are in the zone and will push them into orbit!
