I usually eat a dessert after lunch and dinner. I have not eaten everthing, as usual, but just chocolate cake which is an improvement for me. After the cake is gone, my dessert will be one fourth of a "Balance Gold" Bar chocolate mint cookie crunch. It has vits. and minerals, 210 calories, and 14 grams of protein, 6 grams of fat. I have also been using up some hot cocoa mixes which are not vegan, so those have to end also when they are used up. Fruit will some day be considered a dessert for me, but not yet!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Call me crazy but since you are like myself and counting calories, maybe you should look into the weight watchers Smart Ones desserts in the frozen food section. You dont get a very big portion but the calories arent all that high..or at least, I dont think (just make sure you look at the serving size) and that may settle some of your chocolate cravings, or sweet cravings. Another thing that I had heard works and it worked for me, if you are having just a sweet tooth, not particularly chocolate, and you dont have anything but peanut butter around, eat 1-2 tbsp of peanut butter, it REALLY works beating your craving altogether...both for sweets and eats.
