Wine and beef, last night, made me bloated. Five pounds of water weight gained. Was wheezing, too. Histamines and sulfites in wine? Back on track, today.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
