Stick with exercise 5x per week
Take meds at dinner
Walk dogs 20 minutes each day
Limit eating snacks after 7 pm at night
152.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
