Giving Curves a try---seems too easy to be much good but it does force me to move for at least a half an hour. There is no gym in Pine Valley; had to go to neighboring city (about 20 minutes away). Drove home in the snow--don't know if I'll be doing that again. Should be getting about 6-10 inches tonight---for this southern CA girl, that's alot. I'm sure lots of you are saying ---she doesn't know what real snow is---and you're right----we get spoiled. I went to an Acadamy Awards party yesterday. I should just stay away from parties till I reach my goal weight---parties seem to put me back at least a week. I drank lots and lots of water but I also ate lots and lots---no junk food buts lots and lots of everything else. Stay strong everyone and I will too.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
