ok, not a bad trip to vegas. spent the day doing catch up in life. I put my calories on paper. will input soon. i'm happy for my panda bear, give her strength and determination, to get up when she falls down!!!!
234.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
