Well made it to the gym this morning. Did 45 min on the Ellyptical so that felt good. I am not waiting to talk to my boss and give my 2 weeks so that is upping my stress level. I went shopping yesterday with a friend and got really frustraited with the sizes and the store not having my size in much of anything. I will try and be really good about getting to the gym twice a day this week and watching what I get to see how it helps.
We are leaving this city in 3 weeks and I know they are going to be very stressfull I hope that by working out it will help some.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
