I expected my results to be more consistent now that I am counting calories. Not going above my Recommended Daily Intake,and more active last week. However, weight loss period is better than doing the thing that got me in this boat. I've got to continue to press forward and not give up. After all, it really is those things we do for ourselves on a daily basis that produces results!
