Up at 8am. Getting ready to go to TOPS this am.....lost 1/2 lb. as did Eloise. Then to golden chick, aldi's, Bilo, and IGA and home.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
