Wow I was surprised when I jumped on the scale I have lost 6lbs since my last weigh in. I'm happy and feel great. I want to thank my Son as he inspired me to join fatsecret and it has made a huge difference to be able to monitor my calorie intake .Thanks Dwayne
209.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
