I drank and drank and drank water yesterday....and it worked...it seems that water is the answer to my steady weight loss. Thanks for tip and getting me back on track to my goal!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 12.6 lb a week
