I had really good results the first week. I don't know whats going on this second week. kind of discouraging. I am doing everything I am suppose to be doing.......
159.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

If your sticking to your plan, than it will show on the scale or in your clothes. Our weight fluctuates all the time and just eating too much sodium or many other factors can make our weight up. Google "why the scale lies" for water weight insight.

It was my third week that made me feel discouraged.... When you don't fit in any of the clothes you own... You will start to feel even more motivated! Some weeks are just better tha others. I notice that I won't lose as much if I'm not drinking enough. Make sure you are... It makes a difference!

Thanks...I do need to drink more. hopefully that will make the difference. Thanks for the encouragement everyone!
